Open Access Policy
The International Journal of Counseling and Applied Psychology (IJCAP) is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
This policy is in accordance with the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in IJCAP are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
- This license allows others to share, copy, distribute, adapt, and build upon the work, even for commercial purposes, provided the original author and source are properly credited.
- Authors retain copyright of their work, and grant IJCAP the right of first publication.
Archiving
ICJAP ensures long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content through Internet Archive Scholar and other recognized indexing databases.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
Currently, IJCAP does not charge any submission or publication fees. Should APCs be introduced in the future, the policy will be updated transparently and authors will be informed prior to submission.
