The Journal of Educational Innovation and Research (JEIR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality empirical research, theoretical studies, and literature reviews in the field of education. Open Access Policy

The Journal of Educational Innovation and Research (JEIR) provides immediate open access to its content, guided by the principle that making research freely available supports a greater exchange of global knowledge. In alignment with the Budapest Open Access Initiative, JEIR allows unrestricted reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, and linking of the full texts of published articles, as well as the use of these materials for any lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers. Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights without restrictions.


Editorial and Review Process

The Journal of Educational Innovation and Research (JEIR) only accepts well-prepared manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere, except in certain cases such as preprints. Detailed manuscript format and requirements are provided on the journal’s website. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by expert reviewers to ensure quality, originality, and relevance. Manuscripts are edited for structural consistency, clarity, and academic rigor before publication.


Publication Frequency and History

The journal was first published in 2025 using Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.5 and publishes two issues annually, featuring high-quality contributions from scholars worldwide.
